What is the criteria used to classify the equipment?
The Lamastek team carefully classifies all the equipment it sells. We understand that this is not always an easy task, as perceptions may vary from person to person. Our assessment is carried out from what is commonly referred to as the “average user” distance — in other words, the typical distance at which customers use the equipment.
It is important to note that, unless otherwise stated in the product description, all grades refer solely to the appearance of the equipment and never to its functionality. All equipment must be fully operational and function within the manufacturer’s specifications, allowing for the normal wear of a used product.
Our used equipment is classified as follows:
Premium Grade: Immaculate equipment. Screen and structure like new. May still include manufacturer warranty.
Grade A: Screen and structure in excellent condition with minimal signs of use. Fully functional.
Grade B: Screen in good condition with some visible signs of use, such as light scratches, dents or marks. Fully functional.
Grade C: Noticeable signs of wear; however, the equipment remains fully functional.
Grade D: Equipment with a functional issue, which will always be clearly stated in the product description.
Why don’t we display real photos of the equipment in the store?
Lamastek has a large inventory of equipment, and it would be humanly impossible to photograph every item from all angles. For the customer’s protection, we prefer to offer a clear return policy. If the buyer does not agree with our classification, they may exchange or return the equipment within 14 days.
